How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 7-10 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all Towers and all orders over £350.00. Delivery charges are applicable on smaller orders, these are all displayed on the website. However, if smaller items are ordered with a main climbing frame they will qualify for free delivery.

Is the timber for the Jungle Gym climbing frame treated?

Yes, all of the timber provided with your Jungle Gym has been pressure treated and does not require further treatment by you.

Does the timber come with a guarantee?

Yes, all of the timber we supply comes with a 10 year anti rot and anti infestation guarantee.

What type of timber do you supply for my Jungle Gym?

The timber is Russian Redwood and is sourced from European forests using sustainable management policies.

Will I be able to assemble a Jungle Gym myself?

Jungle Gym climbing frames are designed for the DIY market. No specialist skills are required and the hardware is provided. It is however a 2 person job.

Does a Jungle Gym climbing frames need fixing to the ground?

We supply all frames with ground anchors and recommend that you fix these with cement as a belt and braces approach although the anchors will work without concrete too.

Is the timber pre-cut?

The timber is pre-cut on all orders from England, Scotland and Wales. The Jungle Gym climbing frames in Northern Ireland do require the timber to be cut by you. (Although it is all supplied as part of your order).

I know I can assemble the Jungle Gym myself but I don’t have time. Do you offer an installation service?

We do not install the products ourselves but know some great professional installers who cover the vast majority of the UK. Costs of installation vary depending on your location and which products you go for. Please ask us and we will gladly get you a price.

There are so many Jungle Gym’s to choose from, which do you recommend?

The quality is consistent throughout the range. So, the answer to this one is simple. Whichever catches your eye and suits you best as a family in terms of budget and space required. If you need any more advice or have specific requirements just ask we are always glad to help.

Can I choose any Tower with any module?

Yes, the entire Jungle Gym range is modular. It is worth speaking to us if you are considering adding multiple modules.

Can I choose the slide colour?

Yes, you will be asked to do this when you order. Please note the green slide is currently a different shade to the green shown in the pictures.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your item, however if for any reason you are not please contact us and we will do our best to help. As a buyer you are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen working days after the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact via email at orders@crocodilewebgroup.co.uk or telephone us on 0115 9893597. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. You must return the item in the same condition as it was received i.e it must be in the original, unopened packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item/s are in appropriate protective packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is being returned because it is defective,or it was damaged in the post please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Any refunds will be issued back via the method that you paid us with, once the item has been received. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for this to be processed and the money to be shown in your account.
